I appreciated Lou’s attention to detail as if he was working on his own home. I had some unique and not your run-of-the-mill fixtures and finishes, and Lou took the time to install them correctly. I also had a zero-barrier shower installed, which was a part of the project that made me anxious. Lou let me know that he had installed this feature before, which put my mind at ease. It now works perfectly! Lou gave great advice, but also respected my opinions.
