CUSTOMER REVIEW: “I would highly recommend Lou Vaughn Remodeling to anyone in the area looking to do a bathroom remodel. Lou is an amazing remodeler/contractor that knows and cares about his craft. From the initial consultation and design phase all the way through until the very end Lou was readily available by text and phone and offered great advice. His problem solving in the moment is impressive (he quickly solved how to get the extra shower head I wanted without having to make significant changes to the design despite it being somewhat of a challenge and something I would have never thought). The biggest thing I will say about Lou is his really CARES about his clients and the project he is doing and he treats it like he’s working on his own home. We ran into a fairly major issue with some materials being utilized and he spent multiple days and nights trying to figure out a solution. He didn’t hesitate to call colleagues in the area or specialists in the various areas to try to get a doable solution. Sometimes he seemed more upset about it than I did! But every time he would say “I am here until you are happy with it”. When you are investing that much moneys in to something it is great to have someone knowledgeable and caring enough to do it right. Every day I walk in to the bathroom I smile and its because of Lou. Its beautiful and I know it was done the right way.”
