Lou totally transformed what we and the previous owners agreed was an”ugly” bathroom. From the start to the finish, Lou’s actions matched his words in integrity and skill. Lou was consistent and dependable, always respectful of the family, arriving when promised and cleaning up before leaving. Throughout the project Lou kept the communication lines open, relaying what the next step would be all the while being receptive to changes or ideas. Lou’s attention to detail paired with an impeccable artistic design sense and skill made for a very crisp, clean and inviting space. We could not be more thrilled with Lou or his work and are looking forward to working with him in our next bathroom.
