We have had thus company to do a lot of work for us. I find them to be very good at what they do and helpful in solution when we were not sure what we even wanted. Lou Vaughn had some great ideas for us and when we decided he went right to work. It was very good work and left the the work place clean. We had a break in at our place, five times in less than two weeks, he secured our property and worked with our insurance company to get us quickly back and secure. After all was done, we had things better than when it all started. Lou and son did an outstanding job and was a great help in getting us back to a functional place. Lou Vaughn did an absolutely spectacular job on our bathroom remodel. He has such a passion for remodeling and we could not have been more pleased with the end result. Lou Vaughn is a top notch professional craftsman —the kind it is really rare to find any more. We asked Lou to completely gut and redo a 1950s bathroom. The transformation is not only visually stunning it is also technically flawless. This is because Lou is like my engineer Dad…he only does things one way, and that is the right way. Many other vendors had proposed to us approaches that were simply “covering up”. We knew Lou was the craftsperson we were looking for when he showed us his approach. He would take everything down to the studs and ensure the plumbing, subfloor, wiring & everything were rebuilt right, from the ground up. Lou is not only a great technician, he has a designer’s eye. His sense of aesthetics was as exacting as ours on every detail. Throughout the project, he noticed small things that would improve the final look and make things stronger. The finished bath is a highly functional work of art. Not only did he deliver a flawless bath remodel, Lou also installed gorgeous crown molding throughout our bed & bath wing, and custom-cut a beautiful elliptical topped wood molding mantel mirror frame over our fireplace. His estimates and communication were constant and professional throughout the work. We always knew where we stood and what to expect. Where can you find someone so experienced, talented, honest and hardworking these days? We are beyond grateful for Lou’s expert skills, exacting eye, and high levels of professional integrity.
