Lou Vaughn opened for business in 1996 as Vaughn Construction LLC. The business consisted of a crew of lead carpenters and  carpenters helpers. Lou headed up the crew on-site daily and hands-on. The homes that the team framed was also responsible for the interior trim work. The majority of the homes are located on the Westside of Cincinnati in the developments i.e., Von Risen and Durango Green. In 2001, Lou closed his accounts with builders and began leaning into residential remodeling exclusively with his emphasizes on bathroom remodels.
